We Finally Got Our Dream Home…
The purpose of this letter is to commend Wayne Joell and the excellent realtor services he provided my daughter me in searching for our ‘Dream Home’. I became Wayne’s client in 2005 after several failed attempts of working with numerous realtors for two long years in searching for that perfect home. In my opinion, the level of service Wayne provided was far beyond our expectations and that is why I still work closely with Wayne today.
I was so impressed by the support and services provided by Wayne Joell that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. This gentleman truly deserves it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from the housing industry, the service that Wayne provides should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
What particularly impressed me about the level of service Wayne provided was his shear dedication and determination to find us a home. I believe I might have been one of Wayne’s toughest clients… running here and there; wanting to see a house at the drop of a dime and Wayne was always there for my daughter and me in order to show us the house. It appears that this is simply Wayne’s extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated him to always go the extra mile.

To describe Wayne Joell in one word would be difficult, but I would chose, "caring". I can't begin to count the number of homes we viewed over my three year search. But, Wayne Joell was always there waiting and he never gave up.
He was with me through the financial building, the debt reduction, the pre-approval process and finding the right house for me and my children. He was always available, always understanding and there to give me a word of encouragement when the road got rough.
I'll never forget what he said to me one day, when I was at a low moment in the housing search. He said," don't worry how long it takes, take your time, you're not just buying a house you're buying a home and I want you to be happy. So I did just that and purchased a beautiful home for me and my children. We love living there.
So when I think of Wayne Joell, I think of him as more than a "Realtor for Life" but a “Friend for Life
